30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
